So, the Science Entrepreneur Club is taking a stand. On 5th June 2025, we’ll be hosting the inaugural SEC Summit. The festival-style summit will bring together select members of our BioCapital Network and BioEntrepreneur Club communities for a day filled with joy, passion and connection.
This isn’t your usual conference. We’re firm believers that activities bring people together and create an environment to stimulate meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
So, we’ve carefully selected the perfect venue, with both indoor and outdoor spaces, complete with a whole range of activities*.
To complement the activity-centric nature of the day, select members of our BioCapital and BioEntrepreneur communities will be hosting a series of Synapses - themed roundtables to transmit information, share knowledge, discuss challenges and highlight opportunities.
Attendees can expect fun activities, good food, engaging discussions and most importantly, lasting and meaningful connections.
*If you’re not interested in activities, there is still plenty of open and accessible space for conversations throughout the day.
The SEC Summit is designed exclusively for investors and founders working across the life sciences including AgriTech, ClimateTech, Digital Health, Medical Devices, Enabling Technology, TechBio and Therapeutics.
We're aiming for a ratio of 60% investors, 40% founders.
As an invite-only event, only members of our BioEntrepreneur and BioCapital communities will receive information on how to attend.

The SEC Summit is centred around impact, right down to our venue which is operated by Change Please - the social enterprise that trains people experiencing homelessness to become baristas and support them with everything they need to turn their lives around - a living wage job, accommodation advice, therapy, bank account and onward employment opportunities.
The SEC Summit is set to take place during the day on Thursday 5th June 2025.
